Shipping & Delivery
Standard within Australia:
Orders are dispatched daily via Australia Post's eParcel service, Aramex & Couriers Please.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing during peak periods e.g. product launches & sale events.
For Metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days & for Rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days.
Australia Post parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not home to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a card, so that you can collect from your local post office. All other carriers are shipped ATL (authority to leave).
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be advised.
International:
Orders are dispatched daily via Australia Post's International Pack & DHL International Express.
Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing during peak periods e.g. product launches & sale events.
For international standard delivery, please allow up to 10-14 working days for parcel delivery. For international express deliveries, please allow 3-5 business days for parcel delivery. Please allow additional time during peak periods e.g. Christmas.
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, you will be issued a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest Post centre.

Duties & customs are the responsibility of the customer & will not be paid in part or full by Millk. If you are unsure prior to ordering, please check with your local customs agency.

Item Availability
If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit note or a full refund.
Refund & Returns Policy

Please note: orders may be returned for a refund, or credit, within 30 days of purchase date. Credit notes are issued at the value paid, have no expiry date, and are valid for use online.
The cost of return postage will not be covered by MILLK, unless an item is deemed as faulty. Please ensure you take note of your tracking details, as MILLK will not be held responsible for missing return items en route to us.
Items purchased on sale are unable to be returned or exchanged.
Items must be in 'as new' condition, unworn & with original tags / packaging in tact.
We do not exchange. For alternate size/style please place a new order.
